  1. Our organization is divided into Periphery and Center. The Periphery deals directly with the market/customers, the Center is dedicated to supporting the Periphery

  2. The Periphery and the Center are made up of teams, which we call Cells

  3. Each Cell delivers its values/services with end-to-end responsibility at negotiated prices, Periphery Cells towards the market, Center Cells to the Periphery

  4. Each Cell is made up of 5-9 people, each bringing different skills to the Cell

  5. Cells operate with Relative Targets and maintain a Profit and Loss Statement

  6. Periphery Cells generate profit for the company, Center Cells don’t generate profit and aim to break even

  7. Financial and operational metrics of the organization and its Cells are transparent, visible, and readily accessible

  8. Collaboration is fundamental. Cells work together for the overall success of the company. There are no separate incentives for individuals or teams
