This Constitution of Open-Xchange defines the foundation, the Vision and Mission we strive for as a company, the Values and Principles we believe in, the boundaries within which we are free to operate, and the basis of our organizational structure.
This Constitution defines the guardrails provided by the Context Board, which gives all teams and individuals the context that we are all expected to bring to life by taking responsibility for what we do and for the success of the company.
